Your Sparkle is Showing

For as long as I can remember, writing a book has lived quietly on my bucket list.

Not in a loud, flashy way but as a gentle nudge in my heart. One of those dreams that never really goes away, even when life gets busy and full. Someday, I would tell myself. Someday I will get to it.

And then I finally realized something important: Someday doesn’t just happen. It’s something you choose.

I’ve always been a journaler. I write most when I feel lost, overwhelmed, or when I am trying to make sense of things. There is something about the process that lets me step back, detach from the situation, give myself grace and perspective. It reminds of how much I am capable of… how much we all are capable of.

Over the years, those journal pages filled with thoughts, reminders, prayers, and words that lifted me up when I needed them most. And it was while rereading those pages that Your Sparkle Is Showing was born.

This collection of inspirational quotes felt like the perfect introduction to becoming an author. It’s not about having all the answers or pretending life is always easy. It’s about encouragement. About perspective. About reminding ourselves that even on the hard days, there is still light, strength, and sparkle within us.

My hope is that this book inspires you to dream big, take ownership of creating a life you’re genuinely excited to wake up to, and most importantly the power that comes with showing up as your authentic self.

Writing this book was a reminder to myself to stop waiting, to take the step, and to honor the dreams placed in my heart. And if it encourages even one person to believe in themselves a little more, to keep going, or to take that first brave step toward something they’ve been dreaming about, then it’s done exactly what it was meant to do.
